Festival guests will be in for a real treat as they feast on fresh crawfish, jambalaya, gumbo, etouffee, alligator, chicken on stick, sausages, and beignets, prepared by Authentic Louisiana chefs found at Cajun Café, LA Cajun Cookin', and Nuccios. Additionally Boogalooers will nosh on restaurant quality foods presented by The Wine House, AW Shucks, and The Big Easy, featuring fresh shucked oysters, Po-Boy Sandwiches, dirty rice, crab cakes, and soft shell crabs, along with traditional mouthwatering, tummy satisfying festival foods served up by Beach Smokehouse, Hammerhead's Seafood, Sherri's Fun Food, Grace & Sarah, Mr. Potato, and 5 Points Community Farm Market. ...And if that is not enough guests will find festival favorites of kettle korn, ice cream, shaved ice, root beer floats, smoothies, Italian Ice, glazed nuts, soft pretzels, funnel cake, fried candy bars and Twinkies and sooo much more!
